1. Coordinate and manage operations according orgranization polices & procedures

IMPORT/EXPORT MANAGER

  • 3 to 5 years experience
  • Bachelors Degree required or equivalent work experience
  • Manage work competence assurance
  • Manage salary and benefits pack for warehouse employees
  • Understanding MRP system for clients and IAI system
  • Manage logistics and IAI contract carriers
  • Work with US Customs in components and finished good HST classifications
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
  • International import-export experience
  • Disposition to travel into Mexico

MEXICAN OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

  • 3 to 5 years experience

  • International import-export experience

KEY TASKS

  • Develop a 3-year strategic plan for the Operations Directorate.
  • Develop annual business plans identifying key activities and priorities.
  • Implement and communicate operational strategies and solutions in line with the ILF business plan.
  • Set and Manage performance targets
  • Ensure staffing levels are met and managed
  • Ensure professional management standards are adhered to
  • Maintain working knowledge of ILF policies and policies and regulations governing the ILF
  • Set and monitor Operational budgets
  • Ensure the Operations business continuity and recovery requirements are met
  • Ensure all policies and procedures relating to the
  • Operations Directorate are appropriate to the business and operational needs of the organization.
